    <description>Last night Dylans time of 1:48.01 was the fastest in the 4x200m freestyle relay.  The team smashed the NZ record by over 7 seconds and have posted a time in the top 12 in the world which now nominates them to FINA to compete at the London Olympics.  They wont know until June whether they get to the Olympics, but they have an outstanding chance.</description>

<p>Dylan Dunlop-Barrett (NP Aquatics) who is now based at the High Performance Centre on the North Shore raced into 2<sup>nd</sup> place in the 200m freestyle with a Taranaki record time of 3:51.11, previously his own in a </p>
<p>time of 3:51.27.&nbsp; Dylan gained a bronze medal in the 200m freestyle in a Taranaki record time of 1:50.32, bettering his 2011 record of 1:51.17.&nbsp; Michael Jack (Aquabladz Taranaki) was 7th in the same race</p>
<p>Julian Weir (Aquabladz Taranaki) swam a time of 58.97 to gain 7<sup>th</sup> place in the 100m backstroke and club mate Charlotte Webby swam a 4:24.69 in the 400m freestyle and placed 8<sup>th</sup>.&nbsp; Charlotte also won the B final of the 100m butterfly in a time of 1:03.15.&nbsp; Bianca Bradley was 8th in the B final of the 400IM.</p>

<h2>Results from Day Four:</h2>
<p>Julian Weir won gold complete with Taranaki record in the boys 16 years 100m backstroke in a time of 58.47, previously held in 2010 by Dylan Dunlop-Barrett in a time of 59.03; D'Ani Allen placed 4th in the girls 16 years 50m backstroke, Ann-Marie O'Donnell took the bronze medal in the girls 15 years 800m freestyle, Cailtlyn Ogier (14 years) 6th in 800m freestyle in&nbsp;a time of 9:32.89; Dylan Arlidge 5th= and smashed the Taranaki record in the boys 15 years 200m Breaststroke in a time of 2:34.68, previously set in 2004 by Brady Corkill in a time of 2:38.09.&nbsp; Finally another 2004 Taranaki record fell with the boys 16/O 4 x 50m medley relay of Julian, Dylan, James Perry, Jay Cadman-Kennedy in a time of 1:54.13, previously 1:55.77.</p>

<h2>Results from Day Five:</h2>
<p>Julian took away the silver medal in the boys 16 years 50m freestyle in a Taranaki record time of 24.48, previously set by Michael Jack in January this year&nbsp; in a time of 24.78; Bianca Bradley won the bronze medal in the girls 17-18 years 200m butterfly in a time of 2:21.66; Jay Cadman-Kennedy placed 4th in the boys 16 years 1500m freestyle in a time of 16:57.04; Ann-Marie O'Donnell was 9th in the girls 15 years 200m IM and Bianca 7th in the girls 17-18 years 200m IM.</p>

    <description>The NZ 50m Backstroke record for boys 16yrs is now Julians!  The Aquabladz swimmer totally smashed the 1997 time 27.08 by Ross Dunwoody to set a new benchmark of 26.78.  The Taranaki record previously set in 2003 by Shane Herewini in a time of 28.38 also fell.   </description>

<p>Ryan Cooper (Stratford) swam into 5th in the boys 15yrs 200m Butterfly setting a new Taranaki record in a time of 2:15.60, previously set in 2007 by Jackson Arlidge in a time of 2:16.87.</p>
<p>Ann-Marie O'Donnell (NP Aquatics) gained a 6th place in the girls 15yrs 400m Freestyle in a time of 4:39.63.</p>
