Celebration for Sue Southgate
A group of 35 swimmers, parents, friends and coaches enjoyed dinner at Eden Cafe last night in honour of Sue's latest achievement - Taranaki Coach of the Year for a third consecutive year.

It was a wonderful evening - lots of chat, catch up and great to share special moments like this away from the pool.
As Sue was at the NZ Open champs on the night of Sports Person of the Year, Brydie Whitehead collected her certificate and trophy on her behalf and was pleasantly relieved when she realised she didnt have to make a speech!
